Hagen Wong - B.S. Exercise Science, CSCS
Coach Hagen has been working as a personal trainer & strength coach for over 7 years now. He completed his undergraduate training at The George Washington University, studying Exercise Science with a special focus in weight loss and strength & conditioning.
Hagen had already begun training clients during his studies, but took his fitness coaching full-time immediately after graduating. He worked as an in-person trainer for over 6 years, then decided to transition to full-time online fitness coaching, as he found that in-person trainers were not allowed to provide professional 1-on-1 nutrition coaching (which is a huge part of the weight loss process).
Since transitioning online, Hagen has found that he is able to provide a better quality service for his clients and help more people online with their weight loss goals and lifestyle transformation through his unique coaching method called the Lifestyle Integration Fitness System, where he teaches his clients how to successfully integrate training and nutrition to their lifestyle for long-term, sustainable results.
